ConnectWise Security 360 Integration
Overview
The INFIMA integration for ConnectWise Security 360 allows you to sync data for sites in the Asio™ platform. After the configuration is set up, the integration is enabled to communicate with INFIMA and retrieve all necessary information for Security. Additionally, the Asio sites are mapped to the corresponding INFIMA clients, allowing the integration to access site-specific information from INFIMA.
Data Synchronized
The integration captures the following data:
- Employee Security Training Stats - Track completion rates and progress
- Phishing Campaigns - Monitor phishing simulation results
- Security Course Schedule - View upcoming training assignments
This data is displayed on the Training screen within Security 360.
