CloudRadial

If your clients use CloudRadial as their portal, we can drop your INFIMA reports straight into each client’s CloudRadial archive after every monthly run — no exporting a PDF and uploading it by hand. Connect once at the partner level, then map each client to their CloudRadial company and pick which reports should land there.

  • Admin access to your CloudRadial account and your INFIMA partner settings.
  • A CloudRadial API key pair (public and private key).
  • A decision on the archive folder name — the folder each client’s reports upload into inside their CloudRadial archive. We create it under this name for every mapped client, so pick something clients will recognize (e.g. “INFIMA Security Reports”).
  1. Sign in to CloudRadial with an admin account.

  2. Generate an API key pair for INFIMA to use. Copy the Public Key and Private Key somewhere safe — you’ll paste them into INFIMA next.

Settings → Integrations → CloudRadial tab in INFIMA
  1. Open Settings → Integrations in your partner menu, then the CloudRadial tab.

  2. Click Connect CloudRadial. A form appears for:

    • Public Key and Private Key — paste from the CloudRadial walkthrough above.
    • Archive Folder Name — the folder name reports upload into inside each client’s CloudRadial archive.
  3. Save & Connect. We test the connection immediately. Once it succeeds, the tab switches to the connected view with a status badge and a Client Mappings list of every one of your clients.

  4. Map each client to its CloudRadial company. For each client, click Map, search for the matching CloudRadial company by name, and select it.

  5. Choose report types for that client. Pick which reports should upload for this client — Monthly Report, Executive Summary, Risk Overview, Training Overview, Training Status, Training Performance, Manager/Dept Training, Phishing Overview, Compliance Report. Only the types you select get uploaded.

  6. Leave “Auto-upload after monthly report run” checked (it’s on by default) so this client’s mapped reports upload automatically going forward. Uncheck it to pause uploads for that client without removing the mapping.

  7. Save Mapping.

  • After each monthly report run, every active client mapping gets its selected report types uploaded to the archive folder you named, inside that client’s CloudRadial company.
  • Client mappings are independent — you can connect CloudRadial at the partner level long before every client is mapped, and map clients one at a time as you confirm each CloudRadial company.
  • The CloudRadial tab shows Connected, with a Last sync timestamp and no error message.
  • Each mapped client in Client Mappings shows Mapped · Active with its selected report-type count.
  • After the next monthly report run, the reports you selected appear in the named archive folder inside the client’s CloudRadial company.

The connection shows an error message under the archive folder name. Click Test Connection on the CloudRadial tab. If it still fails, double-check the public/private key pair in CloudRadial — a rotated or revoked key is the most common cause. Re-enter the keys and save to reconnect.

I can’t find a client’s company when searching. Search matches on the company name as it exists in CloudRadial. Confirm the client’s company has already been created in CloudRadial — we can’t create CloudRadial-side records for you.

Can I map the same client to more than one CloudRadial company? No — each INFIMA client maps to exactly one CloudRadial company. If a client structure doesn’t fit that, contact our support team.

What happens if I remove a client mapping? The CloudRadial-to-INFIMA link for that client is cleared. Reports stop uploading for that client until you map it again; nothing already uploaded to CloudRadial is removed.

I changed my archive folder name. Does it affect clients already mapped? Yes — the folder name applies to every mapped client’s archive. Changing it means future uploads go to a folder with the new name; anything already uploaded to the old folder name stays where it is.

Disconnecting — does that remove reports already delivered to clients? No. Disconnecting only removes the connection and client mappings on our side. Anything already uploaded to a client’s CloudRadial archive stays there.
