ConnectWise Security 360
ConnectWise Security 360 is the security data view inside Asio. The INFIMA integration sends training and phishing data from our system into Security 360 so security teams have unified visibility — they don’t have to log into two dashboards to see how their clients’ awareness programs are going.
This is configured on the Security 360 side, not in our partner settings — we just publish a server URL and an API key for Security 360 to consume.
What syncs
Three categories of data flow from INFIMA into Security 360:
- Employee security training stats — completion rates and progress.
- Phishing simulation results — outcomes from automatic and on-demand phishing tests.
- Security course schedule — upcoming training assignments per user.
This is a one-way push to Security 360. We don’t read anything back.
You’ll need
- Admin access to ConnectWise Asio / Security 360 and your INFIMA partner dashboard.
- Server URL:
https://app.infimasecapis.com - API Key: obtained from your INFIMA dashboard under the Reporting API section.
Walkthrough
Configuration is entirely in Asio. The only thing you do in INFIMA is grab the API key.
-
In INFIMA, generate or copy your Reporting API key. Open your partner dashboard, navigate to the Reporting API section, and copy the key. If you don’t have a key yet, create one. Keep this somewhere safe — you’ll paste it into Asio next.
-
In Asio, navigate to Security → Security Overview → Integration Setup.
-
Find the INFIMA integration tile in the catalog.
-
Select Actions → Integrate.
-
Enter the connection details.
- Server URL:
https://app.infimasecapis.com - API Key: the value you copied from INFIMA.
- Server URL:
-
Click Test Connection. If the test succeeds, you’re good to proceed.
-
Map INFIMA clients to Asio sites. Each INFIMA client must align with its matching Asio site so data lands on the right customer’s records.
-
Save and confirm. Allow up to 15 minutes for the initial sync to populate Security 360 with INFIMA data.
You’ll know it worked when
- The Test Connection step succeeds in Asio.
- Within 15 minutes, the Training screen in Security 360 starts showing INFIMA training stats, phishing results, and upcoming schedules for the mapped sites.
Frequently asked
The Test Connection failed. Three things to check, in order:
- The URL is exactly
https://app.infimasecapis.com(withhttps://, nothttp://). - The API key is valid and copied without trailing whitespace. Regenerate from INFIMA if unsure.
- Network egress from Asio reaches our endpoint (no firewall blocks). If you’re behind a managed network, your IT may need to allowlist the URL.
Test Connection succeeded but no data is showing in Security 360.
- Confirm the client mappings are correct — the data lands on the Asio site matching the INFIMA client.
- Allow up to 15 minutes after initial setup for the first sync. After that, sync runs on Security 360’s cadence.
- Verify the mapped INFIMA clients actually have data — a freshly-onboarded client with no training completions or phishing results sends nothing to display.
Is this the same integration as ConnectWise Manage / PSA? No — they’re independent. Security 360 visualizes training and phishing data in Asio; ConnectWise PSA (Manage) handles billing and user-count sync for invoicing. You can have both, one, or neither depending on what the customer needs.
Where do I get a Reporting API key? Your INFIMA partner dashboard has a Reporting API section. Generate a key there. The same key works for any Reporting API consumer — Security 360, your own scripts, etc.
Should I rotate the API key? Periodically, yes. Generating a new key invalidates the old one. After you generate a new one in INFIMA, paste it into Security 360’s integration settings to keep the sync alive.
Sync stopped working out of nowhere. The most common cause is an API key that got regenerated on the INFIMA side without updating Security 360. Verify Security 360 still has the current key; re-paste if not.
