The Global Health Report
Most reports live inside a single client. The Global Health Report is the one that zooms out: a single PDF covering health, risk, training, phishing, and overall status across all of your clients at once. Use it for a portfolio review, a leadership update, or just a monthly pulse on your whole book of business. You can pull it on demand whenever you need it, or have us email it automatically each month.
Where this lives
Section titled “Where this lives”Open the partner menu → Settings → Organization Reports. Everything for this report is on one page: generate it now, set up the monthly schedule, manage who receives the scheduled copy, and download past copies.
Generate one now
Section titled “Generate one now”-
Click Generate on the Global Health Report panel.
-
You’ll see a “Queued — check your email shortly” confirmation. We render the PDF and email it to you (the person who clicked Generate) within a few minutes.
-
The finished report also appears under History at the bottom of the page, so you can download it again later.
Send it automatically each month
Section titled “Send it automatically each month”Turn on the monthly schedule and we’ll generate and email the report on the same day every month — no need to remember to pull it.
-
Toggle Monthly schedule on.
-
Pick the day of the month and the hour it should go out. The hour is in UTC. (Days run 1–28 so the schedule never skips a shorter month like February.)
-
Choose which report to include. Today that’s the Global Health Report; if we add more organization-level reports later, they’ll appear here to select.
-
Add at least one recipient (see below) — with an empty recipient list, a scheduled run has no one to send to and will send nothing.
-
Click Save schedule. The page confirms the next run — for example, “the 1st at 08:00 UTC.”
To pause it, toggle Monthly schedule off and Save. Your recipients and settings are remembered for next time.
Manage recipients
Section titled “Manage recipients”The Recipients card is the list of people who receive the scheduled report each month.
-
Type an email address and click Add.
-
Remove anyone who should no longer get it with the Remove link next to their address.
These addresses are specific to this report — they’re separate from the per-client monthly report recipients you set under each client’s automated reports.
Download a past copy
Section titled “Download a past copy”Every report you’ve generated — on demand or scheduled — is listed under History, newest first. Click Download on any row to open that PDF in a new tab. Use this when a recipient lost their email or a new admin needs an older copy.
You’ll know it worked when
Section titled “You’ll know it worked when”- On demand — the “Queued” confirmation appears, the PDF lands in your inbox within a few minutes, and a new row shows up under History.
- Scheduled — after Save, the page shows the next run date/time; on that day, everyone on the recipient list receives the report, and it appears under History.
Frequently asked
Section titled “Frequently asked”Who receives the monthly report? Everyone on the Recipients list on this page. The on-demand Generate button instead emails only you, the requester.
I turned the schedule on but no one got it. Check the Recipients list — if it’s empty, the scheduled run sends nothing. Add at least one address and save. Also confirm the day/hour: the report goes out on the day of month you picked, at that hour in UTC.
Why can’t I pick the 29th, 30th, or 31st? The schedule is capped at the 28th so it fires every month, including February. Pick a day from 1–28.
How is this different from a client’s monthly reports? A client’s scheduled reports are a per-client bundle — one email per client, covering that client. The Global Health Report is the opposite: one report covering every client at once, sent to your organization’s own recipient list.
Can I schedule other reports here? Right now this page schedules the Global Health Report. It’s built to grow — if we add more organization-wide reports, they’ll show up as options in the schedule.
Who can set this up? Organization Reports is a partner Settings page, so it’s available to Administrator-role partner admins. (Global “User”-role admins manage clients but don’t have access to partner settings.) See Manage admins for roles.
